Store files in Drive, customize teamspace privacy, and enjoy a smoother user experience with our latest release!

This release brings exciting new features that empower teams to get the most out of their Huly workspace. With teams from diverse industries utilizing Huly to organize their resources and workflows, we've added powerful file storage capabilities and enhanced privacy settings to meet the growing needs of our users.

In addition to these new features, we've tackled several bugs to ensure our existing suite of features are performing as expected. We've also made significant improvements to a number of components of the Huly interface, creating a more enjoyable user experience across all ends of the platform.

🚀 New Features

  • Store, share and save files with Drive!

Drive is a robust and versatile file storage system fully customizable to your team's needs. Store any type of file directly within your workspace and keep everything organized with customizable folders and privacy settings. Files stored in Drive are easily accessible for viewing, printing and downloading, allowing teams to efficiently share resources and promote collaboration. Teams can add members to specific Drive spaces, ensuring everyone has access to the files they need without compromising security. #5616

  • Guests

Teams can now invite guests to their workspace with limited permissions. By removing automatic joining for teamspaces and projects, workspace owners can control exactly which members have access, allowing them to share their resources and materials securely. With this new feature, members will have to join a project to be able to see that its data, a change that we hope will empower managers to protect sensitive information and ensure proper organization of resources. This option can be overridden at any time by selecting the `Auto join` toggle to allow all new employees to be automatically added to a space, a useful option for spaces with resources shared amongst the whole team. #5536
