Enjoy advanced virtual office features and improved navigation across all ends of the Huly platform

This month has been incredibly exciting for Huly as we've welcomed hundreds of new users to our rapidly growing community. With the release of our new landing page, designed by the exceptionally talented Pixel Point team, we've engaged with people from around the world seeking an elevated project management solution. Leaders across various industries are finding that existing tools on the market aren't powerful or comprehensive enough to keep up with the rapidly changing demands of modern workflow processes. The Huly platform addresses this challenge, offering an all-in-one solution that resonates with leaders looking for a modern, innovative project management tool.

With this latest release we've responded to your feedback, adding new features and resolving issues while optimizing navigation and layout for an improved user experience. Take a look at what we've been up to!

🚀 New Features

Screen sharing for video and audio calls

Video and audio conferencing with your team has just leveled up with the added capability for screen sharing. Now, team members can share their screen during video and audio calls, making it easier to collaborate, present, and troubleshoot together. To share your screen, click the Share icon in the bottom toolbar and select which screen, window or browser tab you'd like to share. #5755
Fullscreen mode for virtual office

Virtual office now includes an option for fullscreen mode. This addition allows users to remove distractions and focus on the task at hand by expanding the virtual office window. To enter fullscreen mode, simply click the fullscreen icon on the bottom toolbar. #5755

🌟 Enhancements

Support for Chinese language: Thanks to translations from open source contributor @dingdayu, Huly now fully supports Chinese! You can select your preferred language by clicking on the flag icon in the top right corner of the window. This exciting addition helps us bring Huly to a wider international audience, and we're grateful for the contribution that made this possible. #5859
Support for French language: Huly also now supports French, thanks to open source contributor @cryptulien! #5870
Additional Spanish translations: Huge thank you to open source contributor @tjaoc for adding more Spanish translations to the platform! #5666
Improved navigator layout and styling: Significant updates to the navigator layout and styling have been made to improve the user experience. This new look and feel creates visual consistency across the platform and make it easier for users to navigate through menus. #5619
Scroll to activity message on inbox item click: When clicking on an inbox notification to open an issue or document, the page will automatically scroll to the specific message that triggered the notification and highlight that message on the page. For example, when a comment is added to an issue, clicking on the notification will take you directly to the comment in the issue thread and highlight it. #5747
Grid view for Drive files: Drive now includes a grid view option for files, allowing users to view files as thumbnails instead of a list. Toggle grid and list view using the icons in the top right corner when viewing your Drive files, same as you would in the Tracker. #5845
Comments and attachments for company pages: Company pages, which are now found in the Contacts section of the navigator, now support file attachments and include an area for members to add comments. #5843

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fix bug in virtual office: Resolved an issue causing the virtual office room to disconnect during a page refresh. #5734
Fixed issues with moving documents: This fix addressed a few issues related to moving documents between teamspaces. Now, when a document is moved from one teamspace to another, its children will move along with it. Additionally, a document's children no longer appear as options to attach to as the parent. #5766
Fixed issue with updating the project identifier when moving issues: Shout out to @NiklasRosenstein for bringing this bug to our attention, and to @ada-x64 for contributing a PR to resolve it! Previously, when moving an issue with a sub-task to another project, the sub-task would keep the old project's ID. This issue is now resolved, and the sub-task's project ID will be updated correctly when moving its parent issue. #5816
