Made with passion and Huly™
This release introduces powerful new features for collaboration and offers a glimpse into our broader vision for Huly. You'll meet Hulia, Huly's first AI assistant, launching with real-time meeting transcriptions that will become a foundation for advanced AI capabilities in the near future. You'll also find new collaborative tools, including a new drawing board feature and the ability to sketch together directly on shared images. If you're craving a little more structure, the new MermaidJS integration will help you create completely customizable flowcharts, diagrams and graphs using simple Markdown syntax with no advanced coding required. We've also added a test management module for creating, organizing and running tests that will soon be connected to your other workflows in Huly. Alongside these major updates, we've added a view to edit and delete labels, and shipped several fixes and enhancements across the platform. Dive into the details to learn how to get the most from your Huly workspace with this latest release!
Meet Hulia — Huly’s first AI assistant — launching with live transcription to capture meetings in real-time. Transcriptions can be captured in any language supported by Huly, and are saved as chat correspondence where you can react, reply, and bookmark messages, just as you would in any other chat. Transcription and meeting recording is enabled by default, but can easily be disabled via the quill icon and recording icon in the meeting menu.
You can also view past transcriptions in the Meeting Minutes section of your virtual office or specific meeting rooms. While transcriptions are currently visible to all workspace members, upcoming updates will include enhanced privacy controls. Looking ahead, Hulia will evolve to summarize meetings, create action items, assist with scheduling and more, helping you work more efficiently. To learn more about live transcription in Huly, check out the docs. #7111
Sketch ideas live with teammates directly within documents or task descriptions. Access the drawing board by typing `/` and selecting `Drawing board`. Use the pen, eraser, color picker, and text box to brainstorm and visualize ideas together in real time. For a broader view, open your board in full-screen mode. All sketches are saved to your workspace so you can refer back to them later. #7243
Turn shared images into collaborative drawing boards! Click the `Scribble over` icon on any shared image to draw, annotate, or provide feedback using tools like the pen, eraser, text box and color picker. Track edits with the `Scribble history` option, which shows all previous scribbles and who contributed them. Perfect for brainstorming, reviewing, and sharing ideas visually! #7216
Create, organize, and run tests with Huly’s new test management module! Create your own test suites with test cases, and run your selected test cases right within your workspace. You'll be able to review test results, and assign team members, and — just like anywhere else in your workspace — engage in discussions, link tests to documents and issues, and upload attachments, keeping all of your testing information in one place. Future updates will connect test management to other workspace projects for even better productivity across your workflows. To learn more about the test management module, check out the docs. #7274
Hover over any message and click `Translate` to convert it into your workspace language. Return to the original language anytime by selecting `Show original`. #6609
You can now easily add diagrams and charts to your documents or task descriptions with MermaidJS integration! Create flowcharts, graphs, sequence diagrams, user journeys and even Gantt charts with Markdown syntax — no advanced coding skills needed. To create a new MermaidJS diagram, type `/` and select `Diagram` from the menu. Enter your code block and your diagram will be automatically generated. For inspiration and guidance, check out the MermaidJS docs. #7272
Labels management: One of our most highly requested capabilities is here — editing and deleting labels! You can now easily manage your labels in the Tracker by selecting `Labels` from the left sidebar. View all labels, see how many issues are associated with each label, add descriptions for labels, and right-click to delete a label from the system. #7141
Hide archived teamspaces and drives: Archived teamspaces and drives are now hidden from the UI by default. To view archived teamspaces and drives, click the `Customize view` icon and toggle the `Hide archived` option. #7112
Czech language support: Thank you to open-source contributor @TSekyra for adding Czech language support to Huly! #7204

Easily migrate your data into Huly with the Huly Import Tool using the Unified Import Format — a simple, human-readable structure based on YAML and Markdown that works for data from any system. This method lets you validate, edit, and organize data before import, making it perfect for complex migrations. For simpler use cases, direct imports are also supported for platforms like Notion and ClickUp. To get started, check out our complete guide for detailed steps and a working reference.
